Clancy & Theys Construction Company is currently providing construction services for the Town of Leland Town Hall Expansion and Renovation project. The two-story addition consists of 21,238 SF of 68 new offices, flex space, common rooms, conference rooms, and associated support spaces. The project includes renovation of the existing two-story 44,012 SF building to include new HVAC equipment and mechanical upgrades, office finishes, restrooms, and enhanced evidence processing areas for the police department. The project includes sitework for a new parking lot and improvements to the existing parking areas. The facility houses the administrative resources for the Town of Leland including the following departments: town management, parks and recreation, public works, economic and community development, planning, engineering, inspections, and emergency management and police.
