Clancy & Theys Construction Company is providing construction management services for the 469,495 square development with ground level retail space. The structure is a 6-story, 153 unit development wrapping three sides of an existing parking deck. Included in the project is ground level retail space, a clubhouse, leasing space, a green roof, an outdoor pool and other amenities. The project is part of the revitalization of Cary’s town center.
