The Judy D. Zelnak Center of Hope — Salvation Army Headquarters and Shelter

Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided construction management at the Judy D. Zelnak Center of Hope for the Salvation Army Headquarters and Shelter. Renovation of an existing steel and brick structure to serve as the Salvation Army headquarters and a shelter for nine homeless families. The facility includes a full service kitchen, play areas, electronic security systems, and a state-of-the-art lobby. Project included construction of a separate steel and brick warehouse for donated materials. New paving, landscaping and façade changes revived the abandoned building and site to a modern facility built for LEED Silver certification.ix
