This 51,300 SF Publix was completed as part of the Carytown Exchange mixed-use project, which revitalized a city block in Carytown with a precast parking structure and five retail/restaurant/office shell buildings.
Despite pandemic-related challenges, unique site logistics, and a tight schedule, Clancy & Theys Construction Company’s collaborative team effort allowed the grocery store to hold its Grand Opening ahead of schedule.
