Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided construction management services for the Marriott AC. This seven-story, 92,000 SF mixed-use hotel sits on a tight site in the Glenwood South neighborhood of Downtown Raleigh. Extensive coordination and careful logistics planning were paramount to ensure a safe and efficient construction experience. The hotel includes ground-floor retail, 146 guest rooms, and a two-level, 26,370 SF parking structure with 92 parking spaces.
