Current Orlando at Data Court Student Housing

Clancy & Theys Construction Company is excited to announce its selection as construction manager for the Current Orlando at Data Court Student Housing project in Orlando, FL. The new development project will be in a prime location near the University of Central Florida.

Current Orlando Project will consist of three buildings, two five-story and one four-story. A total of 286 units, 353,195 SF, as well as a 200,160 SF, six-story parking garage.
