Located in Downtown Wilson, this upscale multi-family, mixed-use community includes 240 residential units, amenities, and retail space. Residents take advantage of the upscale amenities, including a saltwater pool, an expansive sun deck, a state-of-the-art cardio and strength center, a lounge, a resident café, and a coworking space. Additional amenities include a bike room with a repair station and a pet park with a pet wash area. The project consisted of studio, one- or two-bedroom apartments with upscale features, including spacious floor plans, quartz countertops, backsplash, shaker-style cabinets, pendant lighting, high-end vinyl plank flooring, carpet, ceiling fans, two-inch blinds, and private outdoor balconies in select units. Our scope encompasses site work, foundations, and vertical construction on a congested site, which includes an existing parking deck and YMCA.
