UNC Carmichael Arena Renovations

Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided CM at-risk for the renovation of Carmichael Auditorium. It included the partial replacement of existing auditorium seating, new HVAC system, acoustical treatments, an upgrade of the existing fire alarm system, an addition of approximately 9,000 sq ft of museum area, reception area, offices, media room and support spaces for the UNC Women’s Basketball team.
