UNC Carmichael Arena Renovations

Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided CMAR for the renovation of Carmichael Auditorium. The project included the partial replacement of existing auditorium seating, a new HVAC system, acoustical treatments, an upgrade of the existing fire alarm system, and the addition of approximately 9,000 SF of museum space, reception area, offices, media room, and support spaces for the UNC Women’s Basketball team.
