Anthem Parking Garage

The Anthem Parking Garage (formerly the USAA Concourse at Northampton) is a precast concrete parking garage with 850 spaces over five floors. This project included demolishing an existing parking lot and associated utilities, pile driving, concrete foundations and slab on grade, precast concrete erection, three stair towers, and two elevators. The garage’s construction also included electrical and fire alarm systems, fire protection surveillance and security systems, and access control systems. Additional site work for this project consisted of a new parking lot, a four-lane roadway, and traffic signalization systems.
