Overview
Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided general contracting services by renovating and expanding Carrington Hall. UNC School of Nursing LEED Certification. An eight-story, 54,000 SF addition to the east side of Carrington Hall. The facility features laboratories, offices, and classrooms for the School of Nursing, constructed with reinforced concrete and a brick exterior. The building featured a roof garden. The project also included 26,000 SF of renovation, site work, extensive utility work, and landscaping.
