Clancy & Theys Construction Company completed 704 at The Quarter, a 307-unit multifamily community located along the Tremont Corridor in Charlotte’s South End. The project includes four residential structures: three four-story apartment buildings and one three-story townhome building. Designed with an industrial modern style, the community reflects the character of the surrounding area through brick, steel detailing, and design elements inspired by South End’s industrial history.
One of the four-story buildings serves as the community’s central hub, featuring the clubhouse and amenity spaces for residents. The development also includes dog parks, a pool, fitness center, rooftop lounge, green spaces, and outdoor gathering areas that support an active urban lifestyle.
704 at The Quarter is part of a larger mixed-use master plan that brings together residential, retail, and dining spaces into a single connected neighborhood. Located near adaptive reuse projects and South End amenities, the community adds new residential options to one of Charlotte’s growing urban districts.
