Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided construction management services for the Marriott AC. This seven-story, 92,000 SF mixed-use hotel sits on a tight site in the Glenwood South neighborhood of Downtown Raleigh offering an eclectic mix of restaurants, art galleries, stores, and nightlife. Extensive coordination and careful logistics planning were paramount to ensure a safe and efficient construction experience. The Hotel includes ground floor retail, 146 guest rooms, and a two-level, 26,370 SF parking structure with 92 parking spaces.
