Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided construction management and completed the most prominent public aquatic facility in North Carolina, the Triangle Aquatic Center. This 59,347 SF, two-story facility includes an eight-lane, 50-meter indoor pool, an indoor and outdoor teaching pool, spectator seating for 1,000, and supporting amenities. Structural steel, combined with a brick and EIFS exterior, allows members to enjoy a sleek and functional design. With a project of this magnitude, the team constantly innovated and collaborated to manage it.
