Overview
Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided construction services for the MLK Community Center Addition & Renovation project in Wilmington, NC. The project included construction of a new 10,122 SF prefabricated metal building with a high school regulation sized basketball court with striping for basketball, pickleball, volleyball and wrestling, safety padding for walls and backstops, two motorized goals, four retractable goals, two scoreboards, a motorized divider curtain, storage rooms, restrooms, office space, and exit lobby. The project included the full renovation of approximately 600 SF of commercial kitchen space. Our team is proud to be part of this meaningful project that will serve our community for many years to come.
