First tenant signs on to latest Clancy & Theys Charlotte project

American Security Mortgage has signed on as the first tenant for 150 Providence, Clancy & Theys’ high-end boutique office project in Charlotte. As the demand for office space in the city continues to rise, the mortgage lender was eager to secure space in this new, state-of-the-art development.

The 41,574 square-foot office complex in Myers Park will be developed on the former site of the Novant Health Bradford Clinic, which recently moved to a new location. Acquired by Bucci Development in March 2016, the 1.4-acre site sits at the corner of Providence Road and Colonial Avenue, just outside of Charlotte’s Midtown.

The building’s lobby will feature high-end finishes such as a granite wall feature, large format tile and LED lighting. American Security Mortgage will lease 15,218 square feet – the entire third floor – of the office building. The company is excited to offer “…a workplace to empower and enable [their] best-in-class team to not only provide industry-best excellence but also exceed the expectations of [their] customers.”

Clancy & Theys is working alongside BB+M Architecture on the 150 Providence project, which is slated for completion in late 2019. Featuring unbeatable views and walkability to some of Charlotte’s best neighborhoods, 150 Providence will be in the heart of growth, culture and access.
