Clancy & Theys Selected as General Contractor for New Apartment Building in Downtown Durham

An article by North Carolina Construction News announced Clancy & Theys has started work on a new 194-unit apartment project in Downtown Durham. The company was selected as the projects general contractor by Charlotte apartment development firm Terwilliger Pappas.
Solis Brightleaf, a $62.4 million project at 1005 W. Main Street, will be the newest addition to Durham’s landmark Brightleaf Square dining and retail destination. The building should be completed in 2018.
