Overview
Clancy & Theys Construction Company had the honor of providing Construction Management services for the new Atlas Durham Apartments in Durham, NC. The project features 171 mostly small studio units all built to fit the lifestyle of the tenant. The building is five stories of wood-framed construction over a two-story concrete podium featuring approximately 7,000 SF of retail space and parking for its residents. These apartments are in close quarters to Duke University and many community events that allow for a great standard of living. The community features a fitness center, third floor pool and sundeck, sky deck and chef kitchen with incredible views, indoor bike storage, café, lounge and coworking spaces.
