Overview
Clancy & Theys is honored to be included in the Cary Town Center revitalization project by providing construction management services for The Walker mixed-use building. The 469,495 SF six-story structure includes ground-level retail space, a clubhouse, leasing space, a green roof, an outdoor pool, and other amenities. The 153-unit development, which wraps three sides of an existing parking deck, has successfully contributed to the visual consistency of the Cary Town Center.
