The new Red Hat Amphitheater will be constructed south of the existing Red Hat Amphitheater located along McDowell Street between Lenior Street and the railroad. The new Amphitheater will feature a new concession, office, and storage steel building, customer rooftop structure, and new concrete seating area. Additional utilities to support the work will also be included.

An option Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the Raleigh Convention Center on August 28, 205 at 3:00 pm. The location within the Convention Center will be confirmed. Please contact Moeko Christiansen (moekochristiansen@clancytheys.com) with any questions.

The final addendum is planned to be sent on September 2, 2025. This will include the final bid form.
