Clancy & Theys Construction Company in association with SGS Contracting (421 N. Harrington Street, Suite 200, Raleigh, NC 27603, 919-834-3601) is requesting BIDS for NCSF Midway Event Center with NC DACS for Release 2 Bid Packages: 0210-Final Cleaning, 0400-Masonry, 0620-Millwork, 0710-Waterproofing, 0742-Wall Panels, 0750-Roofing, 0810-D/F/H, 0840-Alum/Glass, 0920-Drywall, 0930-Hard Tile, 0950-ACT, 0965-Res./CPT, 0966-Terrazzo, 0990-Painting, 1000-Specialties, 1030-Operable Partitions, 1400-Elevators, 2100-Fire Protection, 2200-Plumbing, 2300-HVAC, 2600-Electrical, 3290-Landscaping, 3300-Site Utilities.

The Midway Event Center, in the heart of the NC State Fairgrounds in Raleigh, NC, will serve as an exciting destination for the community and visitors year-round. New ground-up building will include a two-story brace frame steel structure with a multipurpose assembly room and a multi-vendor food hall with indoor and outdoor dining options.

Sealed bids will be opened in person at the Hunt Horse Complex Dining Hall (4601 Trinity Road, Raleigh, NC 27607) on July 22, 2025 at 2:00 pm. Subtractors must be pre-qualified and approved to submit a bid.
