BID NOTICE

Clancy & Theys Construction Company (421 N. Harrington Street, Suite 200, Raleigh, NC 27603), is requesting BIDS for the Kellam-Wyatt Farm Park project. This is a 59-acre Wake County Park project located off of North Rogers Lane in Raleigh, NC. This projects includes the following, but not limited to: grading and surfacing of park roads, parking lots, and trails; clearing and demolition of existing structures and trees; 4,750 sf conversion of existing home into a park office; 1,497 sf addition to existing maintenance building; 2,652 sf new agricultural pavilion; 442 sf new restroom building; installation of provided playground equipment; landscaping and utility work throughout the park.

The project bid opening is on July 9, 2025 by the close of business.

Clancy & Theys is requesting bid submission on July 9, 2025, by close of business.

Jobsite walks will be available during the weeks of June 16 and June 23. We will send out firm dates and times once received.
