Phased Construction of a new 202,00 square foot middle school on existing fields and demolished gymnasium. Split level steel framed, load bearing masonry building with brick veneer and metal panel exterior.

Bid Packages include: 0240-Demo/abatement, 0300-Concrete; 0310-Concrete Foundations, 0320-Concrete Slabs;  0500-Struct./Misc. Steel; 1410-Elevator; 2100-Fire Protection; 2200-Plumbing; 2300-HVAC; 2600-Electrical; 3100-Turnkey Site; 3110-Grading, 3210-Asphalt Paving; 3300-Utilities.

BIDS will only be accepted from PREQUALIFIED bidders.
