La Posada is an active, occupied senior living facility so phasing was critical to maintain Life Safety and minimize disruption to current operations.

This new addition was challenging logistically since it was constructed in the very center of the existing La Posada community, directly adjacent to a retention pond, all while it remained fully occupied.
