Clancy & Theys has completed work on Churchill Hall, the most recent addition to Durham’s Imperial Center corporate park.

The 151,579‐square‐foot, five‐story Class A office building features a special glass manufactured by View Dynamic Glass. The glass automatically adjusts its tint based on the sun’s position in the sky and local weather conditions, allowing for views unobstructed by blinds or shades.

Notable companies, including FedEx, Wells Fargo and CenturyLink, have utilized this technology, but Churchill Hall will be the first building in the Triangle to feature the View Dynamic Glass. The glass allowed Clancy & Theys, currently working towards its LEED Silver certification, to construct the building for optimal energy efficiency.

Located at the corner of Page Road and Miami Boulevard, Churchill Hall is the 18th building in the corporate park and the first building constructed in the Imperial Center since the completion of the Imperial Tower in 2009, another Clancy & Theys project. Construction began in 2016.

Tri Properties, the developer of the project, will lease 12,579 square feet of the office space, relocating their offices from another building at the Imperial Center. Telit Wireless Solutions has also signed a lease to move its American headquarters to Churchill Hall from its current location in Morrisville.

Clancy & Theys is excited to be a part of projects like Churchill Hall as they help companies attract top talent to the Triangle—offering office spaces with cutting‐edge workplace features mindful of employee well‐being.
