Scope of Work: Demo the interior of an existing unoccupied PEMB church located at 300W. State Road 434, Winter Springs, Florida 32708 then buildout 20,000 +/- square feet, of office, warehouse, and future tenant improvements in the remaining shell. In addition, the project requires utility and parking upgrades. There is a 6,000 +/- SF occupied annex office building located adjacent to the church. It is occupied with two business tenants which will require parking and working utilities during the construction period.
