This project is a 260 unit residential apartment complex which is comprised of (2) 4 story buildings with 139 residential units, (1) 3 / 4 split building with 75 residential units, and (1) 3 story building with 46 residential units. The project also includes a 1-story clubhouse with swimming pool, outdoor pavilions, and a central plaza with landscaped areas.

Project consists of building types 1, IIA, IIB, & III making up a project total of 391,054 sf.

All subcontractors will be required to sign Clancy & Theys’ standard subcontract unmarked and a sample is attached to this solicitation to bid. If you have an issue to this subcontract, please address to John Homa prior to submitting bids. Submission to bid is acknowledgement to reviewing this subcontract and able to sign unmarked and unchanged.

This project is pursuing a minimum of 20% MWBE participation for trade partners. 1st Tier Subcontractors are encouraged to partner with MWBE Firms on this project. Clancy & Theys Construction Company values the diversity of culture and growth in our communities.
