Project Information Session:
A non-mandatory, in-person project information session is scheduled for 10:00 am Friday, July 31, at Tarboro Road Community Center (121 N. Tarboro Street, Raleigh, NC 27610), Meeting Room 1.

About the Project:
The project is located at 121 N. Tarboro Street, Raleigh, NC 27610. The redevelopment will feature a new 2-story, 20,000 sf community center, enhanced outdoor recreational amenities, upgraded sports and play areas, improved gathering spaces, and renovations to the historic St. Monica Teen Center. Thoughtfully designed pedestrian pathways, public art installations, shaded outdoor spaces, and family-friendly features will create a vibrant, welcoming environment where the community can come together.

Bid packages will be advertised on the NC eVP system. However, only those bidders that have been prequalified in advance by Clancy & Theys Construction Company, in association with McFarland Construction, for this project shall be eligible to bid. Any bid submitted by a bidder that was not prequalified shall be rejected as non-responsive.
