Clancy & Theys is soliciting proposals for the Sentara SWH E-Power Upgrade project in Williamsburg, VA. This project consists of electrical infrastructure upgrades to allow the building's HVAC and, specifically, cooling equipment to be served by the building's essential power system. It includes adding new transfer switches, a step-down transformer, electrical distribution, and an additional fuel tank. A new electrical room will be added as part of an addition to the existing central utility plant building. Numerous mechanical equipment such as chillers, cooling towers, and air handling equipment will be re-fed electrically from normal power to the essential power system. Selective demolition is required to construct the CUP addition.

Please include all applicable unit costs as well as intended duration.
