Clancy & Theys is soliciting proposals for the Regent University Athletic Center project. This project will provide Regent University with a new 31-acre NCAA and recreational athletic and fitness complex. The new complex consists of a fitness and athletic center, a track & field with a stadium and central plaza, a baseball field with a stadium, a softball field with a stadium, and outdoor tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. The new athletic complex also includes the associated civil/site work, including utilities, roadways, parking, pedestrian connectors, and the required grading and stormwater management.
