Clancy & Theys Construction Company is pleased to present the following project for bid: Lenoir Community College – New Aviation Center in Kinston, NC. This bid package consists of the construction of a new 57,024 GSF, 2-story aviation building, that includes, but not limited to:
- Site work and development, concrete footings, foundations, and slab on grade, steel building frames, metal deck, bar joists, CMU/brick veneer, cold-formed metal framing, sheathing, insulation, aluminum windows/curtainwall/storefront/doors, FRP doors, Standing seam metal roof, composite and corrugated wall panels, and translucent wall panels.
- Interior construction of walls, new doors, new metal stud wall systems, new flooring, painting, ceilings, all glass walls/doors, aluminum interior frames, glass guardrails, metal guardrails, metal pan stairs, wood doors, hollow metal frames, hardware, laminate casework, painting, signage.
- New Fire Protection System, Fire Pump, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, and new Fire Alarm.
