Steel, 0740 – Metal Panels, 0840 – Overhead Coiling Fire Shutter Doors, 0920 – Drywall, 0990 – Painting, 2100 – Fire Protection, 2600 – Electrical and Fire Alarm.

Sealed bids will only be accepted from Prequalified Approved Bidders on bid day – June 18, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Clancy & Theys Construction Company (2218 Toomey Avenue, Suite 110, Charlotte, NC 28203).

A prebid meeting and site walk is scheduled for Thursday, May 28 at 2:00 PM at the Charlotte Convention Center (501 South College Street, Charlotte, NC 28202).
