BID NOTICE

Clancy & Theys Construction Company in association with The Daniele Company (2218 Toomey Avenue, Suite 100, Charlotte, NC 28203) is requesting BIDS for CMS Billingsville Elementary School Phase 1.5 for BID PACKAGES: 0100 General Trades; 0210 Building Cleaning; 0600 Rough Carpentry/Repair; 0950 Acoustical Ceilings; 2300 HVAC; 2600 Electrical; 3100 Sitework (Mill & Overlay). General trades work to support the construction, miscellaneous repairs and touch-ups, complete replacement of the existing BAS System and Commissioning, minor electrical work and commissioning, and milling/overlay/restriping the front parking lot and entrance drives.

A Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Walk will occur on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 4:00 pm at Billingsville Elementary School (124 Skyland Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28205).

Sealed Bids will be opened in person at Clancy & Theys office (2218 Toomey Avenue, Suite 110. Charlotte, NC 28203) on Monday, March 9, 2026 at 2:00 pm. Subcontractors must be pre-qualified and approved to submit a bid.

Contractors are able to Prequalify to Bid by emailing Jimmy Williams.
