The Wendell North Public Safety Station is a new 17,700-square-foot joint-use emergency services facility for Wake County EMS and the Town of Wendell Fire Department. Located on a 6.8-acre site in northern Wendell, the station will serve as a regional EMS hub and replacement for Wendell Fire Station #2. The project includes accommodations for eight ambulances and four fire apparatus, administrative and support spaces, responder living quarters, training and wellness areas, and sustainable building features designed to support the long-term public safety needs of eastern Wake County.
