Clancy & Theys is soliciting pricing for the Caesars Virginia - Hotel 2 project in Danville, VA. This project is the addition of a second hotel tower to an existing casino campus. The new building will connect to the existing hotel tower at locations shown in the documents. The project includes a new 12-story tower consisting of approximately 305 keys. The first floor and top floor will be left as shell areas for future buildout.
