Clancy & Theys is soliciting pricing for Phase II of the Port 460 project in Suffolk, VA. The pricing includes two buildings (Buildings 6 & 10), along with all related sitework and new site infrastructure for the project. Included in the invite is an Owner Bid Form, and the price must be provided in the related categories.
The site work will also need to be priced in two different scenarios as per the RFP document.
Scenario 1: Mass Grading/Full Infrastructure
This would entail the release of:
(a) The Road A – Sections 2 & 3 plan
(b) the mass grading of the whole site
(c) Pump Station #2
(d) Pitchkettle Road widening
(e) Pitchkettle Waterline extension
Scenario 2: Sub-Phased Infrastructure
This staggered approach would include the initial buildout of:
(a) Road A – Sections 2 & 3
(b) The grading for strictly Building 6, 10, Ponds 9, 10 & 11, and Road A, as shown in included Building 6 & 10 CAD surfaces and highlighted in the “2026.04.22 Master Plan Markup Subphase 6 & 10”
(c) Pump Station #2
The construction of Pitchkettle Road Widening and the Pitchkettle Waterline would be completed with the later Buildings in this scenario.
