Clancy & Theys Construction Company is soliciting bids for the new Nursing and Allied Health Building at Sampson Community College in Clinton, NC, consisting of approximately 36,000 SF, two-story institutional construction supporting healthcare education and simulation training. The project includes a structural system of cast-in-place concrete, masonry, and structural steel, with an exterior envelope of standing seam metal roofing, TPO roofing, metal composite wall panels, curtain wall, storefront, and aluminum windows. Interior spaces include classrooms, labs, simulations areas, administrative/support spaces, along with laboratory and phenolic casework and specialized finishes.

The building also includes a hydraulic elevator, extensive Division 08 openings and glazing systems, and a full MEP scope supporting instructional environments. Site work consists of grading, utilities, storm drainage and paving.
