South Carolina State University Student Residence Hall

Construction is now complete on this 250,000 square foot, eleven building residence hall complex providing 771 one, two and four bedroom apartments for student housing.  Each building is three or four stories with surface level parking.  The structures are load bearing steel studs with a brick exterior.  The project also includes a Head House that provides security and meeting space.  Owner:  Capstone Development Corporation - Birmingham, Alabama.  Architect:  Design Collective, Inc. - Baltimore, Maryland.
