Charter Square Parking Deck (Phase I) Raleigh, North Carolina Construction is underway on this 253,155 square foot, 3-level, below-grade parking deck at the corner of Wilmington Street and Lenoir Street in downtown Raleigh. The structure will be poured-in-place concrete and will contain 550 parking spaces.

Green Square Complex Raleigh, North Carolina Clancy & Theys was selected as Construction Manager at-Risk. An extensive excavation, shoring and underground deck project on a tight urban site. Deep foundations are being installed to support a new Nature Research Center and multi-level parking deck.

North Carolina History Education Center Tryon Palace Historic Sites & Gardens New Bern, North Carolina
Clancy & Theys was selected as Construction Manager at-Risk. This 61,614 sf education center featuring a great hall, collaborative spaces, an 200-seat performance auditorium, and museum facilities will seek LEED Silver certification.

Wake Forest-Rolesville High School Wake Forest, North Carolina
Clancy & Theys was selected as Construction Manager at-Risk. Additions will include a new media center, a four-story classroom tower, dining additions and kitchen re-design, new table-top parking, and a new Central Plant. Renovation will overhaul the entire campus to bring the campus up to current WCPSS education standards and building codes. The campus will be vacated during the 2009/10 school year, at which time, the majority of the renovations and additions will be completed. When the students return in August of 2010, the new and renovated classrooms will be used as swing space until the project is completed.

Project includes construction of chapel, a two-story administration building and twenty-bed hospice facility. Three separate steel frame structures with brick veneer on metal stud totaling 48,000 sf.

Wake County Mental Health Continuun of Care Service Facility Raleigh, North Carolina
Clancy & Theys was selected as Construction Manager at-Risk. Two buildings totaling 58,845 sf.  1. Crisis Assessment Unit (CAU)- two-story 39,775 sf facility containing entry/admissions area consisting of assessment, referral consultation, and medically supervised observation on the first floor and a 16-bed facility based crisis unit and a 16-bed secure detoxification unit sharing the second floor. 2. Substance Abuse Treatment Facility (SAU) - two-story 19,070 sf 16-bed voluntary inpatient treatment facility. Exterior of both buildings will be brick veneer, ashlar stone veneer and metal wall panels. Aluminum storefront entrances and windows and entrance canopies framed in steel with translucent roofing will add to the aesthetic quality of the design.

NCSU Park Shops Modernization and Conversion Raleigh, North Carolina Clancy & Theys was selected as Construction Manager at-Risk, and is near completion of the interior demolition and renovation of a 46,629 square foot, two-story structure with a mezzanine. The ground floor area consists of classrooms, Undergraduate tutuorial space, and food service space. The main floor contains classrooms, anthropology laboratories, and offices to services the Division of Undergraduate Academic Programs. The mezzanine will contain additional offices to serve the Dean of DUAP, along with mechanical support spaces.
