Clancy & Theys was recently selected by the Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority to design and build their new three-story administration and operations center.  This 89,500 square foot complex is structural steel frame with aluminum panel, brick veneer and glass curtainwall exterior.  Clancy & Theys is partnered with C.T. Hsu + Associates, P.A., Orlando, Florida.

DeLand Municipal Complex & City Hall
DeLand, Florida
Clancy & Theys was selected by the City Council of DeLand to build their new three-story Municipal Complex and City Hall.  This 48,000 square foot city hall facility will accommodate all of the city's administrative functions including city commission chambers, administrative areas for city managers and staff, permitting and inspection departments, conference areas and upgraded lobby areas for public assembly.  In addition, Clancy & Theys is also constructing a 2,000 square foot fire station addition.  Architect:  C.T. Lake Mary Community Center

Orlando International Airport Airsides 1 & 3
Rehabilitation and Hurricane Restoration

Clancy & Theys was selected by the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority to provide interior and exterior renovations to Airsides 1 & 3 resulting from damage due to the 2004 hurricanes that came through Central Florida.  This is a design/build project with partner, C.T. Hsu + Associates, P.A., Orlando, Florida.

Harmony Elementary School "J"
Kissimmee, Florida
Clancy & Theys was recently selected to build the new elementary school in Clermont.  This two-story, 105,000 square foot school will include natural day lighting to all classrooms, public accessible core facilities, and was designed based on "green" principles, making it environmentall smart.  The facility will also be used as a gathering place for local events.  The school will be constructed of concrete tilt-up panels.  Architect:  SchenkelShultz Architecture, Orlando, Florida.

Lake County Elementary School "I"
Clermont, Florida
Clancy & Theys was recently selected to build the new elementary school in Clermont.  This two-story, 122,000 square foot educational facility includes 60 classrooms, cafeteria with platform stage, media center, music, art and science labs, resource rooms and administrative offices.  When complete the school facility will include a ball field, basketball courts, covered play area and youth and tot play lots.  The school will be constructed of load bearing masonry walls and structural steel framing with brick veneer.  Architect:  SchenkelShultz Architecture, Orlando, Florida.

LaColonnade Condominiums
Satellite Beach, Florida
Construction is nearing completion on the 120,000 square foot neo-classical design condominium complex consisting of two six-story buildings with a total of twenty residences.  Each 4,000 square foot residence features angled ocean views from 9' floor-to-ceiling windows, a 700,000 square foot balcony, circular marble vestibules, private entrances, and a two-car private parking garage with storage below the building.  Additional amenities include a 20x50 heated pool with spa, a 16,000 square foot oceanfront lawn and garden, and a covered lanai with security access.  The first floor lobby and community center boast 17' ceilings and marble floors with kitchen, sauna, and theater area.  The post tensioned concrete structure includes underground storm water retention tanks, and has an exterior of curtainwall and masonry.  Architect:  MAI Architects, Engineers, Inc., Melbourne, Florida.

Clancy & Theys was recently selected to design and construct the new 40,000 square foot city hall facility for the City of Winter Garden.  C.T Hsu + Associates, P.A., Orlando, Florida is our design partner.

Hawk's Cay Resort & Marina, Hotel Renovation
Duck Key, Florida
Renovations are now underway at this 166,000 square foot, 177-room hotel on this resort in the Florida Keys.  Renovations include a dramatic veranda and a new lobby incorporating direct water views, a bar and lounge, and new dedicated guest-service desks.  The vastly expanded main pool will nearly double in size, and the resort pool will feature stunning new landscaping, a deluxe multi-tiered sun terrace, and private cabanas.  Also included is the renovation of two restaurants, construction of two new bars, a coffee bar, new administrative offices, new tiki bar, and full service kitchen.  Architect:  HKS, Inc. - Dallas, Texas.
